Business Performance Coach with a public health lens.
I am Natalie, a business performance coach. For years I have been working on one question: why do women who are excellent at what they do stall once the business reaches a certain size? The answer I keep finding is that nobody taught them how to run what they built, so the income stays tied to their own energy.
How I Got Here
I grew up in Durango, Colorado, around mountains and movement. I competed as a freestyle skier through the junior level, which is where I learned what performance costs and what it takes to sustain it.
Later I led wilderness therapy expeditions. I watched people change quickly once you take them out of the noise and give them room to reset. That was the first time I saw how much of behavior is set by environment rather than by effort.
I studied Environmental Studies and anthropology at Bowdoin College, then earned my Master of Public Health at George Washington University, concentrating in environmental health and behavioral science. Before founding Thrive With You I worked in public health research and policy, focused on how to help people rebuild capacity before it breaks.
Then I built my own business, and learned firsthand what it costs to run something that depends on your output every day. Today I run it on the same AI workflows and agents I build with my clients, and I use them every day.
What Actually Drives Change
I work with women entrepreneurs whose business works and has stopped growing. For some it is feast or famine, a strong month followed by close to nothing. For others it is a full client load with no structure underneath it, or a menu of one-off sessions that turns every client into a new sale.
My background in behavioral science, neuroscience, and environmental health gives me a lens most business coaches do not have. We start by finding what is actually holding the number down, and then we build the business around it, inside your real week. The offer, the sales call, and the systems all get built around how you make decisions under pressure, which is why they hold after we stop working together.
I hold a Master of Public Health and I am a Board Certified Coach.
Start With the Real Problem
If you have read this far, you already suspect the number is stuck for a reason you have not found yet. That is what the first call is for.
