Natalie Youssef Coaching, operating as Thrive With You, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. A. Information You Provide Directly

Scheduling information: When you book a call or session through GoHighLevel or Calendly, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and scheduling preferences.
Coaching-related information: Information you voluntarily share during coaching sessions, surveys, feedback forms, or written communications with Coach. This may include personal, professional, health-related, and lifestyle information shared in the context of coaching.
Email subscription information: Your name and email address when you subscribe to our Substack newsletter or opt into our email list.
Payment information: Billing and transaction details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not directly store your credit card or financial account numbers on our servers.

(b) To deliver coaching services and fulfill our contractual obligations under your Coaching Services Agreement;
(c) To send newsletters, educational content, and marketing emails you have opted into via Substack or other channels;
(d) To process payments for services through our third-party payment processors;
(e) To improve our website, content, and services based on how visitors interact with them;
(f) To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, including through Meta Pixel;
(g) To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities;
(h) To protect the rights, safety, and security of our clients, our business, and the public;
(i) For anonymous or hypothetical professional development purposes, including supervision and coaching credential maintenance, as described in our Coaching Services Agreement;
(j) For credentialing verification purposes: your name, contact information, and coaching start/end dates may be shared with NBC-HWC or other credentialing bodies solely for credential verification. No personal session notes are shared.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
— Performance of a contract: To provide the coaching services you have engaged us to deliver.
— Legitimate interests: To operate, improve, and promote our business, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights.
— Consent: For marketing communications and email subscriptions. You may withdraw consent at any time.
— Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
4. Tracking Technologies and Third-Party Tools
We use the following third-party tools and technologies on our website, each of which may collect personal information as described:
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
We use the Meta Pixel to track website visits and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited, and may result in ads from us appearing in your social media feeds. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Data Policy, available at facebook.com/policy. GoHighLevel
We use GoHighLevel for appointment scheduling, CRM, and client management. When you book an appointment or submit a form through our GoHighLevel-powered pages, GoHighLevel collects your name, email, phone number, and scheduling data. Calendly
We may also use Calendly for appointment scheduling. When you book through a Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Their privacy policy is available at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
Substack
Our email newsletter is managed through Substack. When you subscribe to our list, your email address and name are collected and stored by Substack. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Substack's privacy policy is available at substack.com/privacy.
Payment Processors
Payments are processed through third-party platforms, which may include Whop, Stripe, ThriveCart, or other processors. These platforms collect your billing name, email address, and payment method information directly. We do not store your credit card or financial account details on our servers. Cookies

(a) Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including GoHighLevel, Calendly, Substack, Meta, and our payment processors. Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, contractual data processing obligations.
(b) Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, including in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent illegal activity or imminent harm to you or others.
(c) Credentialing Bodies: As described above, limited identification information (name, contact info, coaching dates) may be shared with NBC-HWC or similar credentialing organizations for verification purposes only.
(d) Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control via email or prominent notice on this site.
(e) With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior written consent.
7. Your Rights Under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
If you are a Colorado resident, you have the following rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), C.R.S. § 6-1-1301 et seq.:
Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and request a copy of that data.
Right to Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete personal data we have collected from or about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Data Portability: You may request that we provide your personal data in a portable, readily usable format.
Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising: You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising. See Section 4 for Meta Pixel opt-out instructions.
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request to us at thrive@coachnataliey.com. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request, as required by the CPA. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with prior notice to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by submitting a written appeal to the same email address. If your appeal is denied, you have the right to contact the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Client records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the conclusion of a coaching relationship. Email subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Automatically collected data may be retained for shorter periods as determined by our analytics and advertising partners.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at thrive@coachnataliey.com.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Clients who are minors (under 18) may only receive coaching services with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and Coach may share relevant session information with the parent or guardian as described in the Coaching Services Agreement.
11. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and resources that are not operated or controlled by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently before providing any personal information.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
