PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE (NATALIEYOUSSEF.COM), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NATALIE YOUSSEF COACHING, A COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY OPERATING AS THRIVE WITH YOU.

1. About Us

Natalie Youssef Coaching (operating as Thrive With You, LLC) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a health and performance coaching business based in Colorado. Services are provided by Natalie Youssef, MPH, NBC-HWC. Our website at natalieyoussef.com provides information about our coaching programs, resources, and content.

2. Services Offered

Through this website and associated platforms, we offer the following:

(a) Private 1:1 coaching programs, including the Threshold Method (12-week program);

(b) Discovery calls and consultations;

(d) Email newsletters and Substack content;

(e) Any other coaching or wellness-related services described on this site.

The specific terms of any coaching engagement — including session count, duration, pricing, and scheduling — are governed by your individual Coaching Services Agreement, which you will receive and sign prior to beginning services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your individual Coaching Services Agreement, the terms of your Coaching Services Agreement shall control.

3. Not Medical Advice — Important Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE, AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS, MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR CLINICAL GUIDANCE OF ANY KIND.

Natalie Youssef holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She is not a licensed physician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. Coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional, and coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, medical conditions, or disease.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all medical advice from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider of your choosing before making any changes to your health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness routine. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately.

Coach may offer resources or referrals for therapy or other professionals where appropriate, but this does not constitute a clinical recommendation or referral.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Results from coaching vary significantly by individual and depend on each client's effort, commitment, circumstances, and implementation of recommended practices. Testimonials, case studies, and examples shared on this website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for making and implementing your own decisions, choices, and actions arising from the coaching relationship.

5. Eligibility

This website and our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing this site or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly provide coaching services to minors without parental or guardian consent.

6. Scheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled through GoHighLevel and/or Calendly. By booking through these platforms, you agree to their respective terms of service and scheduling policies. Between sessions, Coach is available for administrative and scheduling matters by email. Extended correspondence outside of scheduled sessions may be deferred to the next session at Coach's discretion.

Client is responsible for providing advance notice of cancellations. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled subject to Coach's availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are subject to forfeiture. Specific cancellation terms are governed by your Coaching Services Agreement.

7. Payments and Fees

All coaching services must be paid in full prior to the applicable session or at the time of package purchase, as specified in your Coaching Services Agreement. Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms, which may include Whop, Stripe, ThriveCart, or other processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor used at the time of your transaction.

All fees are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We do not store your credit card or financial account details on our servers. Please review the privacy policy of the applicable payment processor for details on how they handle your payment information.

If the Coaching Services Agreement provides for a package of sessions at a fixed price, that price will remain as stated unless both parties agree to additional services in writing. We reserve the right to update our rates with at least 30 days' written notice for ongoing arrangements.

Coaching services may be eligible for payment through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) if recommended by a licensed physician in a letter of medical necessity. Client should confirm eligibility with their physician and account representative. We make no assurance that our services will qualify under any specific account requirements.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All coaching programs and sessions are non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether all sessions are attended or completed. Sessions that cannot be rescheduled within seven days of the original appointment will be cancelled and are not subject to refund or future rescheduling.

Coach reserves the right to waive a session fee on a case-by-case basis in the event of an exceptional emergency, at Coach's sole discretion. Purchased sessions expire as specified in your Coaching Services Agreement or, if not specified, six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Refund and cancellation terms in your individual Coaching Services Agreement supersede this section in the event of any conflict.

9. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions and all information shared within the coaching relationship are held in confidence by Coach. However, you acknowledge that the coach-client relationship is not a legally privileged relationship equivalent to the attorney-client or physician-patient relationship. Communications between Coach and Client may not be subject to legally recognized privilege.

Coach will not disclose your confidential information without your written consent except: (i) as required by law, including in response to a valid subpoena or court order; (ii) where Coach believes disclosure is necessary to prevent illegal activity; (iii) where Coach believes there is an imminent risk of danger to you or another person; or (iv) as otherwise provided in your Coaching Services Agreement.

For the purpose of obtaining and maintaining professional credentials (NBC-HWC), Coach may be required to disclose your name, contact information, and start/end dates of coaching to credentialing bodies for verification purposes only. No personal session notes will be shared. Additionally, coaching topics may be discussed anonymously and hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, and professional development purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, frameworks (including the Thrive Map™ and the Threshold Method), brand assets, blog posts, Substack essays, session materials, tools, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Natalie Youssef Coaching and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from this site without prior written permission from Natalie Youssef Coaching. Coaching methods and frameworks developed collaboratively with clients during the coaching relationship remain the intellectual property of Coach.

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

This website contains links to third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Calendly, Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of service of any third-party sites or platforms. We encourage you to review their respective policies independently. Third-party platforms linked from this site are not controlled by us and operate under their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATALIE YOUSSEF COACHING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO NATALIE YOUSSEF COACHING IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natalie Youssef Coaching, its officers, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of this website; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (iv) your negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, you and Natalie Youssef Coaching agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation for up to thirty (30) days after written notice is provided by either party. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, either party may pursue legal action. In the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs from the non-prevailing party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed Coaching Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natalie Youssef Coaching with respect to your use of this website and our services. These Terms supersede all prior written and oral representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
