I’m Natalie Youssef, MPH — a performance and health coach and public health professional shaped by mountains, movement, and a lifelong pursuit of vitality.

My work blends behavioral science, environmental health, and systems thinking to help high-performing individuals and teams optimize energy, restore balance, and create environments that sustain wellbeing.

From the Mountains to Public Health

From competing in the Junior Olympics as a freestyle skier to leading wilderness therapy expeditions, I’ve witnessed how environment and mindset shape human resilience.

That curiosity led me to study Environmental Studies at Bowdoin College and later earn my Master of Public Health from George Washington University, where I focused on environmental health, social determinants of health, and community-based wellness design.

Before founding Thrive With You, I worked in public health research and policy, developing solutions that supported both people and the planet.

But what inspires me most isn’t just data or systems — it’s people.
Watching high-achieving professionals and leaders reconnect with themselves, rebuild energy, and live with alignment is what drives my work as a certified Health & Wellness Coach.
