About Natalie

You’re here because you want more than quick fixes. You’re craving sustainable health — energy, clarity, and focus that last — without burning out in the process. That’s where I come in.

I’m Natalie Youssef, MPH — a performance and health coach and public health professional shaped by mountains, movement, and a lifelong pursuit of vitality.

From competing in the Junior Olympics as a freestyle skier to guiding wilderness therapy groups, I’ve seen firsthand how performance, resilience, and environment shape our well-being. My path led me from environmental studies at Bowdoin College to a Master’s in Public Health at George Washington University, where I focused on environmental health, social determinants of health, and community-driven wellness. Along the way, I worked in public health and policy, building solutions that supported both people and the planet.

But what inspires me most isn’t just research or policy — it’s people. Watching high-achieving individuals reconnect with themselves, restore their energy, and create lives that feel aligned has fueled my work as a certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Today, I bring together science, systems thinking, and deeply human coaching to help individuals and leadership teams optimize energy, reduce stress, and build habits that actually last. My approach isn’t about perfection — it’s about partnership. Together, we’ll design a sustainable lifestyle that works for you, not against you.

Let’s create something sustainable — so you can thrive with intention.
